Continuously Improving and Developing

A core belief of our company is that we continually look for ways we can grow and improve the business in ways that benefit our customers.

The Solmedia team meet regularly to discuss ways in which we can further improve the quality of products, equipment and services that we provide. Members from all departments come together to discuss opportunities for improvement, this includes our product portfolio, our delivery services, our customer support and equipment maintenance, ensuring we can provide a full package solution to our customers.



2023 saw one of our biggest meetings to date. Solmedia’s Directors joined members from each department to set the goals that took precedence for 2024 and the years following.

We have dedicated significant resources to help introduce more products than ever before, expanding our existing vast portfolio, improving the already high-quality standards of our current range whilst enhancing our customers’ journey from finding the products to delivery through to aftercare.

As we grow, we also look to give more back to not only the charities we work with but to the community and continue to offer opportunities such as apprenticeship schemes and jobs.

2024 has already seen the introduction of two new members to our team, Tyran Wallach our new Purchasing Assistant and David Carruth our Operational Manager, whom have already made a big impact since starting at Solmedia with their aim to improve and streamline processes. These new roles enable us to maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and allow us to handle the increase of orders without effecting our fast, reliable delivery of products.

We have already began putting these plans into action and we are excited to implement more throughout the year, follow us on social media to keep up to date with all the latest developments as they happen.
