Routine Cryostat

The MEV Cryostast is a semi-automatic, floor-standing cryostat. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art rotary microtome with a motorised µm advance/return as well as a manual operation alternative.

With 24 specimen holders, a large anti-roll plate, automatic defrost functionality as well as a chamber that can cool down to-35 °C. the MEV provides the perfect advancements for quick tissue sectioning.

The model MEV+ covers the requirements for a cryostat that is most frequently needed in routine histology.  This instrument is equipped with UV-C surface disinfection, 2 x quick freezing positions and object cooling.

MNT
Fully Automatic Cryostat

The MNT Cryostast is a high-end cryostat with fully automatic functionality. This model is equipped with a state-of-the-art rotary microtome with a motorised µm advance/return and a cutting motor with adjustable speeds.

As a fully-automatic Cyrostat, The MNT excels in high mechanical stability. In addition, the model includes 24 easily accessible freezing positions and a spacious, illuminated stainless-steel chamber that can cool down to-35 °C to support efficient tissue sectioning.
