Alison Williams, Customer Service Advisor 

We asked Alison some questions to give you an insight into who Alison is and her role at Solmedia, read her answers below to find out more. 

Who is Alison? 

Originally from across the border in Wales, I moved to Shropshire five years ago looking for better opportunities. I am a hardworking, proud mum to one son and a very spoilt staffy dog called Lola.  

What is your role at Solmedia? 

I work in Customer Services. I process the orders as they come in and follow them up right the way through to delivery and beyond, supporting our customers where needed.  

What do you enjoy most about working at Solmedia? 

Being the newest member of the team, I am currently learning the ropes. I love the fact that however busy people are, everyone is still willing to take a second to help me with my query.   

I have worked in health care for over ten years and now I get to see it from the other side and the processes and equipment that are involved with diagnosing the patients.  

What do you do outside of work? 

I love spending time with my family. I love nothing more than being outdoors with my dog whether that be on a nice long walk or pottering about in my garden.
