Vaportest Air Monitoring Badges are simple and effective devices that collect contaminants through the scientific principle of diffusion. They meet or exceed OSHA accuracy requirements of ±25% at 95% confidence level for many work contaminants.
Made from aplastic nylon that contains a permeable, absorbent membrane that can be lab tested containing Anasorb 747, 500 mg. Multiple substances can be sampled on a single badge at the same time, helping you assess the exposure level of the gases and vapours around you.
Exposure time: Anything from 15 minutes to 24 hours*
*Accurate exposure time must be recorded on the Analysis Request Form in order to be valid for analysis.

Solvent desporation, gas chromatography/flame ionization detector (GC/FID)
2 years from the date of manufacture at <39.2F (4 C)
Before use: Store at ambient temperature or < 39.2 F (4 C). If storing at < 39.2 F(4 C), bring to ambient temperature before sampling.
Note: Storage at < 39.2 F (4 C) is
Validated for 15-min and 8-hr occupational exposure sampling. Lab and fi eld studies conducted with several compounds show suitability for 24-hr air sampling.
