Net Zero means balancing the amount of greenhouse gases we emit with the amount we remove from the atmosphere. In simple terms, any carbon emissions we create are offset through reduction initiatives or carbon removal projects, resulting in no overall increase in global emissions.

Our Net Zero commitment reflects our long-term goal to operate more sustainably across every area of our business.

We’re taking practical steps to cut emissions across our operations — from improving energy efficiency in our facilities and reducing waste, to working with logistics partners who prioritise low-emission transport. We’re also reviewing our product packaging and supply chain processes to find new ways of reducing environmental impact.

We have developed a clear roadmap to reach Net Zero by 2050, in line with the UK Government’s target. Along the way, we are setting measurable goals to track progress and continuously improve because sustainability is a journey, not a destination.
