Zowie Watkins, Customer Service Manager

Who is Zowie Watkins?

“I’m a mum of two small beautiful girls and love spending time with my family. I am 100 mph and always on the go, keeping fit and going on long walks with my Labrador. I have 12 years’ experience working in customer service and helping people is my passion, there is nothing better feeling than knowing a customer is going away happy after you have helped them.”

What is your Role at Solmedia?

“I am the Customer Service Manager at Solmedia. My role involves problem-solving, overseeing customer enquiries and ensuring customers are happy and informed. Our relationships with our customers are paramount, therefore I work alongside every department at Solmedia to ensure we provide a premium service.”

What do you enjoy most about working at Solmedia?

“I enjoy full peace of mind knowing that our customers’ requests are being fully managed. I enjoy working with the entire team at Solmedia and liaising with suppliers, working all together to fulfil customer requests. Whether that be helping with a general enquiry, sourcing product information, problem-solving or organising orders, my role is varied across the entire customer’s journey ensuring they are happy at every stage.”

What do you do outside of work?

“I love spending time with my children, friends and family and surrounding myself with my loved ones in my spare time”

A fun fact about Zowie? 

“Every year I run a local 10km run, but I do it simply for the pork pie at the end”
