Who is David Carruth?

“I’m a hard-working individual, always ready for the next challenge, and always on the lookout for more efficient ways to do tasks on hand. I am enthused to be joining this industry and being a part of the team in this successful and dynamic business so much so that I have moved over 200 miles away, relocating from Newcastle to Shrewsbury.”

What is your Role at Solmedia?

“My job role at Solmedia is Operations Manager, working closely with the Warehouse/Despatch team, to ensure all orders are picked and packed correctly and dispatched on time, giving all our customers first-class service.”

What do you enjoy most about your role at Solmedia?

“Working with and listening to challenges the staff have, and implementing new ideas to make us more productive and efficient and make best use of the warehouse space.”

What do you do outside of work?

“I love spending time with my family & grandkids. I’m a very keen DIY person who loves making things and loves days out.”

Lastly, a fun fact about David?

“I love ice cream, and my wife bought me a 2.5 litre carton which she said “I would like to see you eat all that!” I did, within 30 minutes”
